JAKARTA - Israel's attacks have damaged 84 percent of health facilities in the trapped Gaza Strip, the United Nations Palestinian Refugee Agency (UNRWA) said.

"As the bombing continues and restrictions on access, only four of the 22 UNRWA health facilities are still operating," the UN agency said.

The agency attached several images showing damage to the Sheikh Radwan Health Center in an Israeli attack on North Gaza.

Israel has launched a deadly attack on Gaza following the attack by the Palestinian Hamas group on October 7, killing 27,585 Palestinians and wounding 66,978 others, while nearly 1,200 Israelis are believed to have died in the Hamas attack.

Israeli attacks have left 85 percent of Gaza's population displaced amid a shortage of acute food, clean water, and medicine, while 60 percent of the bag's territorial infrastructure is damaged or destroyed, according to the United Nations.
