JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Information facilitates sign language activities in the debate of presidential candidates (candidates) and vice presidents (Cawapres) for the 2024 General Election (Pemilu), as an effort to realize an increasingly inclusive election.

"The most important thing of this effort is that information related to the vision and mission of the candidate pair of the nation's leaders can be reached by all groups, more inclusively," said the Director General of Information and Public Communication (IKP) of the Ministry of Communications and Informatics Usman Kansong, in a press release received by Antara, Sunday.

The activity, which was held at the Ministry of Communication and Informatics in collaboration with the Central Board of the Movement for the Welfare of the Indonesian People's Welfare (Gerkatin).
