Now Buying Typical Jakarta Gifts Can Be At The Vending Machine For MSMEs At Gambir Station

PT PLN (Persero) has prepared a special Killing machine for Micro and Medium Small Business (UMKM) products at Gambir Station in collaboration with PT KAI (Persero). General Manager of PLN Main Distribution Unit Jakarta Raya, Lasiran explained that the ending machine at the gambir station is different from the others because it provides souvenirs for typical Jakarta foods, including Goyang Kembang, Ketapang Seeds, Kelapa Roots and much more.

Apart from Jakarta's signature souvenirs, PLN's vortex machine also provides various traditional snacks for MSME products. "Unlike the existing ones, here it provides various traditional snacks but is packaged in modern terms," said Lasiran.

Vending machine PLN and KAI collaboration is located on the 2nd floor of Gambir Station, in the passenger waiting room to be precise next to the music stage. The MSMEs involved are 12 selected businesses with snacks or snacks from the HUB UMK Jakarta fostered by PLN UID Jakarta Raya. Products that are marketed are already labeled halal, certified by BPOM, PIRT, and also have HAKI. Lasiran emphasized that the number of MSMEs involved can still increase.

Furthermore, Lasiran explained that stock management is also digital. The stock of products in the machine is monitored in real time through the application. So that the product can be refilled immediately when the number is running low. "It can be monitored through the application, if it is thin we just ask MSMEs to supply their products and fill them in to the trial machine," said Lasiran.

This Vending Machine managed by PLN is a breakthrough from the Minister of SOEs, Erick Tohir by collaborating with all SOEs.

The inauguration of Vending Machine which also sells MSME products at Gambir Station will be held on January 22, 2024 by Special Staff III of the Minister of SOEs Arya Sinulingga, General Manager of PLN UID Jakarta Raya Lasiran, and EVP of Corporate Secretary of KAI R. Agus Dwinanto Budiadji.
