Regarding Golkar Target In NTT, Airlangga: Now At Least 3 Seats

LABUAN BAJO - General Chairperson of the Golkar Party DPP Airlangga Hartarto asked the Chairman of the Golkar DPD East Nusa Tenggara Province Melkiades Lakalena to gather the strength of cadres so that they could donate three seats to the DPR from NTT.

Airlagga conveyed this during the 'Christmas and New Year's Celebration with the Golkar Party' at the Meurorah Hotel, Labuan Bajo, Sunday, January 14 evening.

"On this occasion I said, Mr. Romo is clear, isn't it? This is important for Mr. Romo to be clear. Because I want Mr. Melki Lakalena to be dashing, saying that yesterday Golkar only got two seats in the DPR RI, now there are at least three (seats)," said Airlangga.

He said party cadres bearing the banyan symbol in NTT must work hard for Golkar's victory in the 2024 General Election.

Furthermore, Airlangga said, Golkar is the leading party that oversees President Joko Widodo's policies. According to him, the people of NTT, especially Labuan Bajo, certainly felt it when they received budget disbursements for infrastructure development so that NTT could be commensurate with Bali to hold the ASEAN Summit.

"So I ask now what the people of NTT are doing to support Pak Jokowi and his supporting parties, especially the Golkar Party. Therefore, we must make NTT turn yellow," he said.

Airlangga said, yellow is already in the hearts of all Indonesian people, regardless of religion and ethnicity. He said, one of the natural signs and the like of Golkar is in every celebration or diving always serving yellow rice.

"Whatever religion we use, we put yellow rice. So it's from our hearts. Everything is in the form of yellow rice. And Golkar distributes yellow rice," said Airlangga.

The Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs added that Golkar has also grounded yellow throughout Indonesia, namely with various activities to be close to the community. One of the real examples, said Airlangga, Golkar is always present and at the forefront when people need it.

"This IIPG has divided the love every Friday 150 thousand packages (nation), Golkar party cadres made yellow rice. Yesterday, we also helped many of our brothers and sisters who received the disaster. And here we are too. Yakobus Dwi Hartanto who yesterday led Yellow Clini, the yellow clinic, we are present everywhere, in various disasters, we are present at the front," he said.
