PSI Secretary General Raja Juli Antoni said his party had reported improvements or revisions to the initial report of campaign funds (LADK) for political parties participating in the 2024 General Election.
PSI's campaign funds became a conversation after the KPU released details of total revenue and expenditure in the LADK of all national political parties participating in the 2024 General Election on January 9.
PSI is listed as the political party with the smallest campaign fund expenditure, which is Rp. 180 thousand. However, the total revenue reached Rp. 2 billion.
"Rp180 thousand is a bank fee, now it was entered yesterday Friday (January 12) and just wait for an announcement from the KPU," he told reporters on the sidelines of the PSI campaign in Yogyakarta, Sunday.
According to him, the Rp180 thousand figure that was inputted previously was not the real thing. Raja Juli said PSI had not actually reported the campaign funds at all because of reports from the regions that were incomplete.
The KPU has emphasized that political parties and legislative candidates (caleg) who do not want to collect or are late in completing the LADK revision from the deadline are threatened with sanctions.
The KPU will also announce the name of the party that does not want to report LADK.
Not only that, there are also sanctions in the form of disqualification of legislative candidates if they have not reported LADK to the KPU.
