Anies Won't Report Prabowo's Mother: This Is A Democracy Process That Is Considered By The Community

Presidential Candidate Anies Baswedan admitted that he would not report Prabowo Subianto regarding his friends during the campaign to respond to the presidential candidate's debate material. Prabowo previously questioned Anies' intellectuality when talking about hundreds of thousands of hectares on the debate stage.

"No (will not report). In my opinion, this is a democratic process, it is actually part of an assessment for the entire community," Anies said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, January 11.

Anies said he had often said that the government should not be anti-critic. Currently called Anies is the process.

Therefore Anies will not report anyone related to swearing or criticism because Indonesia is a democratic country.

"Yesterday, I said several times, we want democracy to have the freedom to criticize the government. The government must not be anti-critic, the government must not anticipate, now it is in the process," he said.

According to Anies, during a campaign like today, all candidates must receive criticism, rebuttal from anyone, and this is part of the warm-up.

While campaigning in Pekanbaru, Riau, Prabowo mentioned that there were parties who alluded to land ownership. The defense minister also questioned the intelligence capacity of the party who touched on the issue.

"There are also rumors about how many land owns, owns this land. Is he smart or stupid? He understands that there is no HGU, right to use business, building rights, right to use, that is your country's land," Prabowo said during the speech.
