Regency Government Calls 4 Seats Of Head Of Service In Tanah Laut, South Kalimantan Blank

A total of four positions of head of service within the Tanah Laut Regency Government (Pemkab), South Kalimantan Province (Kalsel), are still empty or not filled.

The positions of the four vacant service heads are the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), the Communication and Information Service (Diskominfo), the Regional Library and Archives Service (Disputip), and the Office of Women's Empowerment and Family Planning (DPPKB).

"In 2023 there will be four empty service heads and in 2024 there will be one more empty service head because he retired," said Acting Head of BKPSDM Tanah Laut Regency, Ismail Fahmi, in Pelaihari, Wednesday, January 10, quoted by Antara.

To fill the four positions, his party is still waiting for instructions from the Acting Regent of Tanah Laut and the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri).

"In addition, there are several requirements that must be completed," said Ismail.

He said that in March 2024 there would be one vacant head of service because he was entering retirement age.

In order to fill the four vacant positions, his party cannot confirm when it will be filled, because for Echelon II there is an assessment, the formation of a selection committee team, and the recommendations of the State Civil Apparatus Commission (ASN).

"So there is a lot that must be completed. After that it is complete, we will only wait for permission from the Ministry of Home Affairs or as of 14 days we will send a letter to the Ministry of Home Affairs," he said.

Then, he continued, from the beginning of the process until the inauguration took a maximum of two months to fill the position of head of the vacant service.
