ASN BNN RI Persecutes His Wife For Using Loans Of Up To IDR 30 Million Without Permission

The police revealed the motive of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) with the initials AF for Domestic Violence (KDRT) to his wife, YA in Bekasi City.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bekasi Metro Police, Kompol Muhammad Firdaus, said the motive for the perpetrator was because he was annoyed with his wife. Because his wife made an online loan (pinjol) without the knowledge of her husband.

"Yes, because the motive was Pinjol. His wife (who used 0 without her husband's knowledge. So the suspect was upset," said Firdaus when confirmed, Tuesday, January 9.

Firdaus said that if the debt from the loan was IDR 30 million. For his wife's behavior, the debt must be paid by AF.

"(The debt) is Rp. 30 million (later) who pays his debt, it's her husband," he said.

On that basis, what annoyed AF was his wife, until she carried out the persecution.

AF has been named a suspect and detained. He was charged with Article 44 paragraph (1) subsidiary paragraph (4) of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence with a penalty of 5 years in prison.
