Ojek Drivers In Banjarmasin Has Sex 10 Times with Two Young Girls, Give Them IDR 10-25 Thousand

JAKARTA - The Banjarmasin Police of the Criminal Investigation Unit has arrested the perpetrator of sexual abuse of a minor with the initials SY (48). Currently, the resident from Banjarmasin is being detained at the Banjarmasin Police Detention Center for further legal proceedings.

Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Banjarmasin Police, Police Commissioner Alfian Tri Parmadi, said that SY admitted that he had molested the young victims, NB (10) and NL (13). The two victims were sisters.

"The victim wanted to serve SY's appetite because he was rewarded with money ranging from Rp10 thousand to IDR 25 thousand", explained Alfian Tri Permadi, as reported by Antara, Monday, February 22.

This lecherous act was carried out by SY who works as a motorcycle driver. First, continued Alfian, at night from February to January 2021.

"And already 10 times molested and intercourse with the two victims," he explained.

For his actions, the biological mothers of the two victims reported to the Banjarmasin Police. The result of the investigation was that SY was finally arrested on Thursday, February 18 at around 15.00 WITA.

"Based on the Child Protection Law, the perpetrator was charged under Article 82 and Article 81 of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 35/2014 on Child Protection with a legal threat of 15 years in prison", Alfian concluded.
