BADUNG - Indian citizens became victims of robbery in the Kuta area, Badung, Bali. The perpetrator was hunted by the police.

Indian foreigner who works as a journalist, Amjals Guora was snatched in Tegal Wangi, Kuta on Thursday, January 4 evening.

"The police came to the TKP and had examined witnesses and CCTV at the location and searched the area around the TKP to find the perpetrator and had received the victim's complaint report," said Denpasar Police Public Relations Head AKP I Ketut Sukadi, Friday, January 5.

The victim and her husband were walking to the hotel at that time. Suddenly there were two people riding a motorbike approaching him.

The Indian foreigner's gold necklace was forcibly pulled. The perpetrator's motorbike that stepped on the gas fell. But the perpetrator managed to escape.

The motorbike of the robber is now being secured. The perpetrator of the robbery is still being sought by the police.

"The two perpetrators fled and ran away from their motorbikes at the scene," he said.
