Although Jokowi is the party mate of presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo, his eldest son, Gibran Rakabuming Raka is Prabowo's vice presidential candidate. Moreover, Prabowo-Gibran's electability has reached 46-47 percent. "These two candidates come from the same pool. Therefore, Qodari advised supporters of candidate pair number 3 to switch to support Prabowo-Gibran. Instead, he said, the votes of Ganjar-Mahfud voters will be in vain in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
