Managing Director Of Human Capital Garuda Indonesia, Salman El Farisiy, Dies At The Age Of 42

JAKARTA - The Indonesian aviation world mourns the death of the Human Capital Director of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., Dr. H. Salman El Farisiy, SH, M.Kn on Monday January 1. The deceased died at Eka Hospital BSD at 14.05 WIB after undergoing a fight against the disease.

Salman El Farisiy joined Garuda Indonesia on August 12, 2022, serving as Director of Human Capital. Previously, he had served as President Director of PT Krakatau Daya Listrik since July 2022.

Born in Jakarta on May 18, 1981, the deceased won a communication science degree from Krisnadwipayana University and completed his Doctorate of Law at Jayabaya University in 2022.

Irfan Setiaputra, President Director of Garuda Indonesia, expressed his deep condolences for the departure of one of the directors who has a big contribution to the company.

"All ranks of the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and all Garuda Indonesia employees also express their deep condolences for the death of Mr. Salman El Farisiy. Garuda Indonesia management respects his dedication and contribution during his work at the company.
