Agus emphasized that the decision was written in the Surabaya KPU Decree number 49 / PL.02.7-Kpt / 3578 / KPU-Kot / 2/2021 concerning the determination of the elected candidate pair for mayor and deputy mayor in the 2020 Surabaya Pilkada. set.

This determination is also based on the consideration of KPU Decree Number 1419 / PL.02.6-Kpt / 3578 / KPU-Kot / XII / 2020, concerning the recapitulation of the vote count results in the 2020 Surabaya Pilkada.
