The Role Of Fredy Kusnadi In The Dino Patti Djalal Family Land Mafia Syndicate, Police: Allegedly Other Victims

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya explained the role of Fredy Kusnadi in the land mafia case. He is said to have transferred the rights to land and buildings from other people's property to his own.

"There has been a transfer of rights, from on behalf of the victim to him, even though the victim never sold it," said the Director of General Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Tubagus Ade Hidayat to reporters, Friday, February 19.

Fredy's involvement, said Tubagus, in the third police report (LP) with the reporter Yurmisnawita. Fredy has taken the rights to land and buildings in the Cilandak area, South Jakarta.

However, there are allegations that Fredy was not only involved in the case. So, Fredy is still undergoing an intensive examination.

"It could be that there are still (other victims), it is still continuing (the examination) because it was only this morning (arrested)," he said.

Meanwhile, Fredy Kusnadi, who is often mentioned by the former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dino Patti Djalal as the mastermind behind the theft of his mother's certificate has been arrested by the police.

Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Fadil Imran said Fredy was arrested after investigators had sufficient evidence. Fredy was arrested on Friday, 19 February.

"Especially with regard to FK brothers this morning, the investigation team has made arrests in Kemayoran because 2 evidence of involvement in the land mafia group was found," Fadil told reporters, Friday, February 19.

However, Fadil did not explain in detail the role of Fredy in the land mafia syndicate. Only submitted, if in 3 police reports there were 15 people named as suspects.
