Police Arrest Ferdy Kusnadi, A Figure Called Dino Patti Djalal As The Mastermind Of The Land Mafia

JAKARTA - The police have arrested Fredy Kusnadi, who is often mentioned by the former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dino Patti Djalal, as the mastermind behind the theft of his mother's certificate.

Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Fadil Imran said Fredy was arrested after investigators had sufficient evidence. Fredy was arrested on Friday, 19 February.

"Especially with regard to FK brothers this morning, the investigation team has made arrests in Kemayoran because 2 evidence of involvement in the land mafia group was found," Fadil told reporters, Friday, February 19.

However, Fadil did not explain in detail the role of Fredy in the land mafia syndicate. It was only conveyed, if in 3 police reports there were already dozens of people named as suspects.

"From the disclosure of these three police reports, there are 15 suspects who can be arrested. Each prison has 5 suspects," he said.

Of the dozens of suspects, they have different roles. One of them is an intellectual actor in a land mafia case. But again, the matter was not clearly conveyed.

"In carrying out their actions, these land mafia groups share roles. Some act as intellectual actors, some act as parties who prepare facilities and infrastructure," he said again.

In fact, said Fadil, there were also parties who acted as staff of the Land Deed Making Official in this case. Then, there are also figures who claim to be owners of land and buildings.

"These land mafia groups share roles. Some act as intellectual actors, some act as parties who prepare facilities and infrastructure, some act as figures in the sense that my mgenaku is the owner of land and buildings," he said.

"The fourth is that there are those who act as PPAT staff (officials who make land deeds) and there are those who act as figures who own land certificates," he continued.

Meanwhile, this case started when Dino Patti Djalal stated that he had been the victim of theft of a house certificate on his Twitter account @dinopattidjalal, Tuesday, February 9.

“So that the public is alert: another gang of my family's house has been looted. Suddenly my ibnu's house certificate had changed its name to BPN even though there was no AJB, there were no transactions and even no meeting with my mother, ”said Dino Patti Djalal.

In his thread, Dino Patti Djalal said that this gang had a mode of targeting the target and then creating a fake ID card.

"Colluding with black brokers and obscene notaries and putting up photo-like figures on ID cards who are paid to play fake ID cards," continued Dino Patti Djalal.

This gang called Dino had planned to target his mother's house. According to him, this incident should make the police move quickly.
