Examined By The Council, Alexander Marwata Doesn't Know Firli Bahuri's Hidden Meeting

Deputy Chairperson of the KPK Alexander Marwata admitted that he did not know much about the alleged violation of the KPK leadership's code of ethics, Firli Bahuri. Alexander was questioned by the KPK Supervisory Board (Dewas) today regarding Firli's ethics trial.

"In general, we leaders don't know about the meeting, related to issues that are suspected of having personal activities, we don't know," said Alexander at the ACLC KPK building, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Wednesday, December 20.

According to Alexander, Firli never reported activities including his meeting with the Minister of Agriculture at that time Syahrul Yasin Limpo.

"If we are not informed, we don't understand, it's the same if I meet my friends and if for example there is no relationship with work, I don't need to inform other leaders. I had coffee with high school friends, should I tell other leaders, right? So that's how it is," said Alexander.
