Apparently Former Supreme Court Secretary Hasbi Hasan On Helicopter Tour In Bali With Windy Idol

Windy Yunita Bastari Usman or better known as Windy Idol admitted that he had toured a helicopter with the former Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) as well as the defendant in the case of handling the Hasbi Hasan case in Bali.

"Ever. I forgot, sir (the time). About two years ago," Windy said in his statement as a witness at the trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court, reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, December 19.

Windy said the helicopter tour was carried out without a plan because he and his brother were on vacation in Bali. Then, Hasbi Hasan invited Windy to take a helicopter after seeing the social media upload in question.

"No (there is a plan) because at that time it was posting (upload), I forgot my brother or I was the one who posted, then he continued to answer (by Hasbi Hasan) 'Wow, I'm still in Bali too, huh?' Then, 'Yes, Kanda, again in Bali', "said Windy.

According to Windy, he was invited by Hasbi Hasan to meet at the helicopter tour site on the same day. He also said that there was no data on the manifestation of the passengers he gave before taking the helicopter.

"I think it's on the list there, deh. Fast process," he said.

Windy said the helicopter tour was carried out with four people, namely himself, Hasbi Hasan, Rinaldo Septiarindo as Windy's older brother, and one woman who he did not know.

"Only mothers. I don't know," she said.

The KPK prosecutor then investigated the payment for the helicopter tour. However, Windy argued that he did not know who paid for it and did not remember whether there were fees or bills to him.

"I don't know," said Windy.

Windy Idol was presented as a witness for the follow-up trial of the defendant Hasbi Hasan and former Commissioner Wika Beton Dadan Tri Yudianto in the alleged bribery case management case at the Supreme Court.

Windy sat in the witness chair with two other people, namely Riris Riska Diana as the wife of Dadan Tri Yudianto and Rinaldo Septiarindo as the older brother of Windy.

The KPK prosecutor charged Hasbi Hasan with having a tour facility around Bali with a helicopter provided by Devi Herlina as a notary of the CV URBAN BEAUTY/MS GLOW partner. He is said to have enjoyed the facility with Windy Idol.

In this case, Hasbi Hasan and Dadan Tri Yudianto were charged with accepting bribes to take care of the bankruptcy case of the Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) at the cassation level with the aim of winning the debtor of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) Heryanto Tanaka amounting to Rp11.2 billion.
