The South Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati Sumsel) has detained the state civil apparatus (ASN) from the South Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate with the initials EK as a suspect in a case of alleged gratification.

Head of the Legal Information Section of the South Sumatra Prosecutor's Office, Vanny Yulia Eka Sari, explained that the South Sumatra Attorney General's Office named one suspect based on the results of the investigation in the case of alleged ratification of the South Sumatra Province ASNinspectorate person according to the direction of the investigation of the Head of the South Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office Number: PRINT-22/L.6/Fd.1/12/2023 dated December 7, 2023.
