JAKARTA - The National Team (Timnas) Pemenangan Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN) appealed to the public to increase information related to the track record of presidential candidates in the 2024 presidential election. The reason is that the limited time for candidates to convey vision and mission during the 2024 presidential election debate. Spokesperson for the national team, AMIN Usamah Abdul Aziz, said that prospective voters could seek information from reliable sources related to the track record of three presidential candidates, including Anies, so that they could add to the understanding of the idea of changes echoed by AMIN. "We encourage them to be seen from Mr. Anies' track record when becoming governor and minister. From that track record, if you want to talk technically, it can be seen from there," said Usamah when interviewed at the AMIN Media Center, Jakarta, Thursday, December 14, confiscated by Antara. Usamah added that time constraints are an inhibiting factor to convey vision and mission concretely or in detail so that what he said may seem to be floating. "From track records, the public (selectorial candidates) can draw conclusions and see how his work management when filling the positions of governors and ministers," he said.

Selain itu, kata Usamah, saat ini timnas juga sedang mengkaji segala sesuatu terkait debat perdana lalu guna menjadi bahan evaluasi.Ia mengemukakan bahwa menghimpun data-data valid untuk memperkuat argumentasi saat berdebat menjadi salah satu yang akan ditingkatkan.Sebelumnya, Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) telah menyelenggarakan debat pertama peserta Pilpres 2024 di Jakarta, Selasa 12 Desember malam, dengan tema pemerintahan, hukum, HAM, pemberantasan korupsi, penguatan demokrasi, peningkatan layanan publik, dan kerukunan warga.Debat diikuti tiga pasangan calon presiden dan wakil presiden, yakni nomor urut 1 Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, nomor urut 2 Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, dan nomor urut 3 Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md.Rangkaian debat akan dilanjutkan pada tanggal 22 Desember 2023, 7 Januari 2024, 21 Januari 2024, dan 4 Februari 2024.
