Asked About The Judiciary Indepension, Prabowo: I Improved The Quality Of His Life So As Not To Intervene

JAKARTA - Presidential Candidate number 2, Prabowo Subianto said that he would raise the salaries of employees and judges in the judiciary to prevent other branch of power interventions when holding courts.

This was Prabowo's response when asked his opinion about judicial power should be carried out independently without losing hands from power or any party.

"I strongly agree that justice must be independent, justice must be judicial, it must be strong independent and must not be intervened by power, I strongly agree with that," Prabowo said in the inaugural debate for the 2024 presidential election at the KPU Building, Central Jakarta, Tuesday 12 December.

Prabowo believes that improving the quality of life through can prevent intervention, gratification and corruption.

He added that the increase in official income of employees and judges in the judiciary environment would have a straight impact on no longer being disturbed by court decisions and restoring the dignity of the judiciary which should be upright.

"And I am strongly committed to which if I am accepted by the people, I will improve the quality of life of all judges in the Republic of Indonesia, all workers around the court and all law enforcers I will improve the quality of their lives, the salary is improved so that they cannot be intervened, cannot be intervened, thank you," said Prabowo.
