Kaesang Pangarep Visits Buskers In Kediri Who Suffer From Tongue Cancer

KEDIRI - Chairman of the DPP Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep accompanied by the Secretary General of the PSI DPP Raja Juli Antoni visited a street busker in Kediri, East Java, named Agus Andriyanto who had tongue cancer. Kaesang who was also accompanied by the Chairman of the Kediri City PSI DPD Ronny Siswanto visited Agus' house in Semen Hamlet, Datengan Village, Grogol District, Kediri Regency, today. "We received a report from PSI Kediri friends that a resident had tongue cancer. The resident went viral on social media for wearing a PSI shirt," said Raja Juli Antoni as quoted by Antara. The information was then conveyed to PSI Chairman Kaesang Pangarep. "Alhamdulillah, today Mas Kaesang can meet," said Juli. According to him, the arrival of Kaesang and the administrators of the Kediri PSI DPD to Agus' residence was a form of sympathy for residents suffering from tongue cancer. "We are also committed to providing assistance," he said. Even though the resident already has BPJS Kesehatan, PSI will also provide assistance in the form of transportation costs to hospitals or contracting fees to be closer to Bhayangkara Hospital Kediri. " PSI Kediri friends will cover Agus for medical assistance," said Juli. When he visited and met face to face with the residents with tongue cancer, Kaesang had time to ask why Agus was wearing PSI clothes. Agus replied that the t-shirt he was wearing felt cool and comfortable. Kaesang for five days, starting Saturday, December 2 to Thursday, December 6, held a blusukan to 11 regions in East Java in the context of the 2024 election campaign. The 11 regions include Lamongan, Tuban, Magetan, Banyuwangi, Malang, Jember, Pasuruan, and Surabaya. This blusukan is expected to reap the sympathy of the people of East Java to win the Prabowo-Gibran presidential and vice presidential candidate pair and vote PSI in the legislative elections. The 2024 election was attended by 18 national political parties, namely (according to the serial number) of the National Awakening Party, Gerindra Party, PDI-P, Golkar Party, Nasdem Party, Labor Party, Indonesian Gelora Party, Prosperous Justice Party, Nusantara Awakening Party, Hanura Party, Garuda Party, National Mandate Party, Crescent Star Party, Democrat Party, Indonesian Solidarity Party, Perindo Party, United Development Party, and Ummat Party.

In addition, the 2024 election was also attended by six local political parties, namely the Aceh Nanggroe Party, the Atjeh Beusaboh Tha'at and Taqwa Generation Party, the Aceh Darul Party, the Aceh Aceh Party, the Aceh Prosperous Justice Party, and the Acehnese People's Independent Solidity Party. Voting for the 2024 General Election to elect the presidents, members of the Indonesian House of Representatives, DPD RI, Provincial DPRD, and Regency/City DPRD will be held simultaneously on February 14, 2024.
