Elon Musk Supports Israel's Aggression To Palestine, MUI: Boycotts If There Are Products Owned In Indonesia

JAKARTA - Deputy General Chairperson (Waketum) of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Anwar Abbas condemned Elon Musk's actions in expressing his support for Israel. "I conclude that Israel's name is a country that colonizes the Palestinian people. Therefore, what Elon Musk did is a disgraceful act," said Anwar Abbas when met in Jakarta, Wednesday, November 29, was confiscated by Antara. According to him, Elon Musk's actions were disgraceful because supporting colonialism were acts that were inhumane and fair. He considered that this era was an era where humans should respect other humans and no one should take the lives of others arbitrarily by themselves.

For this reason, Anwar Abbas stated that the boycott of Elon Musk's products must be carried out. "For me, yes, if there are Elon Musk products in Indonesia, yes boycott," said Anwar who is also the Chairman of PP Muhammadiyah for MSMEs, Community Empowerment, and the Environment. He emphasized that this action must be taken, because Elon Musk supports Israel's actions on Palestine, which currently has an impact on more than 15,000 victims. "Meanwhile, Elon Musk supports Israel doing this. Where is Elon Musk's sense of humanity?" he said.

Anwar also assessed that Elon Musk's actions made him a barbaric person, because he was only looking for money regardless of others. "If he really supports Israel's actions against Palestinian Gaza, then Elon Musk is a barbaric and disrespectful person," he said. Elon Musk on Monday 26 November stated supports Israel's efforts to fight Palestinian fighters in an unusual visit during a four-day battle break. Elon said one of his challenges was to stop propaganda that prompted the group to commit mass killings that then sparked war in Gaza.
