December 1, Firli Bahuri Will Be Questioned As A Suspect For Extortion Of SYL

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya scheduled an examination of former KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri on Friday, December 1. Of course with Firli's capacity as a suspect.

"The examination or request for information against FB as a suspect in handling the a quo case on Friday, December 1, 2023," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko to reporters, Tuesday, November 28.

The examination of Firli will take place at the Directorate of Corruption Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit at around 09.00 WIB.

Later, the joint investigative team that will face Firli in the process of taking information in the alleged extortion case against the former Minister of Agriculture, Syahrul Yasin Limpo.

"Investigators are a combination of the Tipidkor Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya and the Dittipidkor Bareskrim Polri," said Trunoyudo.

Prior to the examination of Firli Bahuri, investigators will also ask for information from three former Ministry of Agriculture officials. They include Syahrul Yasin Limpo, former Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture Kasdi Subagyono and former Director of Agricultural Equipment and Machinery (Alsintan) Muhammad Hatta.

The examination of the three former Ministry of Agriculture officials also took place at Bareskrim Polri, Wednesday, November 29.

"There are several other witnesses," said Deputy Director of Corruption Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Kombes Arief Adiharsa.

The examination of the three former Ministry of Agriculture officials is scheduled to take place at 14.00 WIB.

"That's right, the examination (of the three) at Bareskrim," said Arief.
