Meeting Gibran, Mangkunegaran Temple Talks About Preparedness To Face The Surge Of Year-End Holiday Visitors

SOLO - Pura Mangkunegaran Surakarta, Central Java is ready to face a surge in visitors during the long holiday at the end of 2023.

"Ini mau persiapan Natal 2023 dan Tahun Baru 2024 kan akan ramai. Jadi kami update," kata KGPAA Mangkunegara X saat akan menemui Wali Kota Surakarta Gibran Rakabuming Raka di Balai Kota Surakarta, Jawa Tengah dilansir ANTARA, Selasa, 28 November.

During the momentum of the 2023 Christmas and 2024 New Year holidays, his party estimates that there will be an increase in the number of visitors by up to 300 percent.

Looking at previous years, the number of visitors to Mangkunegaran Temple every day during the year-end holidays reached 1,000 people. This number increased significantly when compared to normal days of around 300 people.

"What kind of preparations, what kind of flow. To make it good for everyone," he said.

KGPAA Mangkunegara X also prepared a special program during the 2023 Christmas and 2024 New Year holidays, namely tourists who come not only enjoy the atmosphere at Mangkunegaran Temple but hopefully they can become part of the culture as well. "So you can learn, you can dance," he said.

However, he did not target a specific figure during the visit.

"It's not a target but how to give the best for visitors who come. Just get ready internally," he said.
