Today, Bareskrin Will Receive Evidence From The Case Of 6 FPI Laskar From Komnas HAM

JAKARTA - Bareskrim Polri will receive a number of evidence in the case of the death of 6 Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) soldiers from the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM). The plan is for the delivery of evidence to take place on Tuesday, February 16 at noon.

"Yes (receipt of evidence). We maintain good cooperation," said Head of Public Relations of the Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono to reporters, Tuesday, February 16.

Some of the pieces of evidence that Komnas HAM will submit to Bareskrim Polri include:

1) 7 (seven) bullets (projectiles)

2. Bullets (cartridges) as many as 3 (three) pieces

3. 26 pieces of silver car headlights

4. 7 (seven) pieces of clear car glass

5. 5 (five) pieces of red car brake light

6. Allegedly 1 (one) bullet part (projectile)

7. It is suspected that there are 1 (one) part of the bullet (the back of the sleeve)

8. Allegedly there were 6 (six) pieces of the hood of the car

9. A number of other objects related to car parts, including a bolt, wheel cap, and tire fragments

10. One earphone

11. Evidence of part of Jasa Marga's CCTV Joint Closure in the form of optical fiber (FO), protective cables, plastic hooks and fastening bolts.

Previously, Bareskrim said that in the near future investigators would ask for evidence contained in the recommendation file. This was done to thoroughly investigate the death toll of 6 FPI Laskar.

"In the future, the National Police will coordinate with Komnas HAM to be able to ask Komnas HAM to provide evidence which is currently controlled by Komnas HAM to be given to Polri," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Rusdi Hartono to reporters, Thursday. 11 February.

"Because this evidence is something important for the National Police to be able to follow up on the results of Komnas HAM's investigations," he continued.
