MAKASSAR - The elected Mayor of Makassar, M Ramdhan Pomanto (Danny Pomanto) finally met the Mayor of Makassar, Prof. Rudy Djamaluddin. Danny Pomanto is ready to escort Prof. Rudy to complete the remaining term of office as mayor of Makassar.

"I fulfilled the invitation of the Makassar City Government to come to City Hall, according to my commitment which I conveyed in the media that if I was invited by the Makassar City government to come to the City Hall I was ready to come", said Danny Pomanto, Monday, February 15.

"We have been given a cultural heritage by our parents regarding Sipakatau, Sipakainge', Sipakalebbi and today we are practicing these teachings to solve problems in government and today it is proven that everything is done with good communication". he continued.

Danny Pomanto ensures that he will support Prof. Rudy's performance until the end of his term of office. Prof. Rudy is known to be Danny Pomanto's junior in college.

"Prof. Rudy is my junior, we are alumni at the Faculty of Engineering, I said that I have to take care of Prof. Rudy until the end of his tenure here", said Danny Pomanto, to reporters.

Danny Pomanto praised Prof. Rudy as a person with good prospects. Danny also sent greetings to the Governor of South Sulawesi, Prof. Nurdin Abdullah.

"As an official, he is a young person, has open prospects in the future, he belongs in Makassar, and he will definitely take care of us as well. I also convey my greetings to the Governor", he continued.

As previously reported, the Governor of South Sulawesi Nurdin Abdullah asked the Mayor of Makassar Rudy Jamaluddin and the elected Mayor Danny Pomanto to build communication so that chaos would not occur in the upcoming government structure.
