BPK's Findings, Prosecutor's Office Examine Allegations Of Honor 50 Staff Of The Governor Of NTB 2018-2023

NTB - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) is investigating an unlawful act (PMH) in the alleged corruption case in the payment of special staff honorariums (stafsus) for the governor for the 2018-2023 period.

Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, said that the deepening of the PMH was carried out by examining witnesses who knew about the staff honorarium in the Zulkieflimansyah and Sitti Rohmi Djalilah era as Governor and Deputy Governor of NTB.

"So, the unlawful act is still being investigated. Some have been asked for clarification, some are still running. This clarification is the subject of investigation," said Efrien in Mataram, NTB, Wednesday, November 15, which was confiscated by Antara.

The search effort, he said, was under the handling of the NTB Prosecutor for Special Crimes (Pidsus).

Regarding the parties included in the agenda for clarification, Efrien refused to reveal it considering that this case is still under investigation.

"Regarding who these have also been technicalized in the investigation. So, we can't convey it yet," he said.

The honor of the NTB Governor's staff for the 2018-2023 period is a meeting from the NTB representative Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

Although not included in the examination report (LHP), BPK questioned the contribution of the existence of at least 50 governor staff with an income per person of at least Rp. 4 million per month. This figure is allocated from the APBD.

With the estimated amount of honorarium, there is a calculation of the APBD expenditure rate of at least Rp. 2 billion per year.
