BANDUNG - A cotton spinning factory on Jalan Cipadung, Bandung City caught fire, Wednesday, November 15. A total of 12 fire fighting units were deployed to tame the red rooster.

Head of the Bandung City Fire and Disaster Management Service (Diskar PB) Gun Gun Sumaryana said the fire report was received at 11.02 WIB. Currently, extinguishing efforts are still being carried out.

"We received a report that there was a fire incident in this place. It seems that this fire is indeed quite big," said Gun Gun in Bandung, Wednesday, November 15, which was confiscated by Antara.

He stated that at this time his party had deployed all units of the fleet from the PB Bandung City to speed up the blackout.

"The wind is quite strong, worried that it can spread anywhere, so we deploy all those who are there and are on standby today," he said.

Furthermore, he said officers were currently trying to block it so that the fire would not spread to other buildings, including the petrol POM which is located near the factory.

"So far I have not heard of any death toll, hopefully not. We will do the partition, at least it will not spread to other buildings," he said.

As for the cause of the fire, the new officers will conduct an investigation regarding the cause of the fire after the fire has been successfully extinguished and cooling is carried out.

"The cause and other crucial things are possible after the extinguishing process, there really is no longer a hotspot. It must be communicated with the ranks of law enforcers to check what the real cause is," he said.
