South Sulawesi Governor Handed Over 100 Residential Homes For West Sulawesi Earthquake Victims

The Governor of South Sulawesi, Prof. Nurdin Abdullah, provided assistance for 100 units of permanent residential houses (Huntap) for earthquake victims in West Sulawesi (Sulbar).

MAKASSAR - The Governor of South Sulawesi, Prof. Nurdin Abdullah, provided assistance for 100 Permanent residential units (Huntap) for earthquake victims in West Sulawesi. The 100 Huntap units are divided into two.

A total of 50 units for members of the West Sulawesi Police. Meanwhile, 50 units are for the victims of the West Sulawesi earthquake.

"Of course we are here to provide support to all the people of West Sulawesi, we are not exaggerating but we feel sadness over the earthquake that occurred in West Sulawesi. So we have prepared 100 houses, 50 Police Office, although 50 is not enough, we have recorded it and 50 more in West Sulawesi. West Sulawesi Province", explained Nurdin Abdullah in Majene, West Sulawesi, Friday, February 12.

This Huntap is an instant house construction that is done directly by a specialist anti-earthquake house contractor. The work was only completed in 90 days for the 50 units.

"This building is already an earthquake-resistant building and indeed on the recommendation of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Ministry. Insyaallah, this building will be completed within 90 days at the longest, but earlier he said God willing, we will finish 60 days. So hopefully everything will run smoothly", said Prof. NA, aka Nurdin Abdullah.

According to Nurdin, the housing unit work was completed within 12 days. This is supported by the presence of components from the house, the goods are finished.

"So this house was built in 12 days. Why was it completed in 12 days? Because this is a company that has produced everything from doors, roofs, and everything. So there are no products from outside, so it has become a house", he said.

Also present to accompany the Governor of South Sulawesi, Head of Bappeda, Head of General Bureau, Acting Head of Leadership Administration Bureau, Head of BPBD South Sulawesi, Head of Social Service, Sespri Governor of South Sulawesi, Governor Spokesperson and Special Staff for South Sulawesi Governor, as well as all other groups.
