JAKARTA - Head of Johar Baru Sub-district, Nurhelmi Safitri, said the total number of houses on Jalan Galur Selatan, Galur Village, Johar Baru District who were affected by the fire reached dozens of houses.

"A total of 41 doors to residents' houses were burned. There were 71 families consisting of 257 people," said Nurhelmi sub-district head to VOI, Tuesday, November 7.

Nurhelmi said the houses affected by the fire were in a densely populated area covering 3 RTs in RW 01 Galur Village.

"In RT 02/01 there are 9 houses affected by the fire, consisting of 17 families with 45 people. In RT 07/01 there are 5 houses affected by the fire with 15 families with 62 people," he said.

Furthermore, the largest number in RT 08/01 is 27 doors belonging to 39 families consisting of 150 people. Meanwhile, the total number of residents affected by the fire amounted to 71 families with 257 people.

"They were evacuated to the Darul Falah Mosque and the RW 01 resident center. Other assistance has also arrived," he said.
