Prepare Sites For Reports And Complaints From The Community, Moeldoko: Those Who Report Will Not Be Arrested

JAKARTA - The government provides a website where people can report problems they face or make complaints. Through the lapor.go.id site, the public can submit their complaints to be followed up.

Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko also guarantees that the public can report the problems faced without worrying. This is because those who report will not be arrested.

"I hope we will continue to develop this (site, red) in the future. I make sure that if you report it, we will not catch it. So don't hesitate, please use the facility as well as possible," said Moeldoko in an activity titled KSP Hearing. which aired on YouTube, Thursday, February 11th.

Furthermore, he ensured that the reports that came in from the public would then find the best steps by the government. So, all existing problems can be resolved quickly.

This also applies to the discussion activity entitled KSP Hearing. In this discussion, the public can directly convey their complaints and problems to the ranks of the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) including to Moeldoko himself.

"Once again, at least we heard your complaints and we took steps to resolve it as long as it can be done quickly," he said.

As previously reported, President Joko Widodo had asked the public to actively participate in providing input and criticism on the government's performance. The goal is that the government continues to improve its performance.

"The public must be more active in conveying criticism of input or potential maladministration and public service providers must also continue to improve their efforts for improvements," said Jokowi during the submission of the 2020 Ombudsman report which was broadcast at the Presidential Secretariat, Monday, February 8.
