Victims Of The Ambruk Apartment Elevator Were Visited By The Kalibata City Manager While Bringing Fruits

JAKARTA Ratis Manda Sari, a resident of the Kalibata City Apartment, shared the attitude of apartment management who did good faith by apologizing to him. The woman who is familiarly called Manda said that the apology existed after she made a police report.

It is known, Manda made a report to the police to the South Jakarta Metro Police against the management of the Kalibata City Apartment regarding the negligence that injured the victim.

The report is registered with the number LP/B/3240/X/2023/SPKT/South Jakarta Metro Police/Polda Metro Jaya.

"A police report was made so that they would not be negligent in the elevator business. Then they came to the unit with the management to bring me fruit," Manda said in a short message, Tuesday, October 31.

However, continued Manda, when they arrived he was outside for a purpose.

"But my position is no longer at home," he said.

Shortly thereafter, the apartment management sent a message apologizing for the inconvenience in the apartment.

"The manager has my chat, apologize for the inconvenience," he said.

However, regarding his treatment for injuries due to the collapse of the elevator incident a few days ago, Manda admitted that he had borne his own medical expenses. He said there was no compensation from the management of the Kalibata City Apartment.

"My own treatment," he said.

Previously, General Manager of the Kalibata City Apartment, Martiza, opened his voice about the incident when the elevator collapsed at the Jasmine Tower of the Kalibata City Apartment, Pancoran, South Jakarta. According to him, the incident was not an collapsed elevator. But only problems with the elevator engine.

Martiza was reluctant if the elevator at the Kalibata City Apartment, which claimed the victim, was said to have collapsed.

It didn't fall. It's a trouble (problem). And it's not from Wednesday, huh. Martialza said when confirmed, Tuesday, October 31.

Martiza also explained that this accident occurred due to the very intensive use of facilities. So there is a problem with the elevator engine.

"We regret and are sorry for the elevator disruption at Tower Jasmine. This is a disaster that can occur along with the very intensive use of facilities," he said in his statement.
