JAKARTA - The Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) has officially declared support for the presidential and vice presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

This statement was delivered in a talkless speech. Kaesang first performed the dangdut song koplo Rungkad.

After that, Kaesang immediately spoke, to the point. To declare his support for Prabowo-Gibran.

"So we PSI are ready to support Mr. Prabowo Subianto and Kaesang Pangarep, oh. Who knows, I still have a chance, I'll try a little," said PSI Chairman Kaesang Pangarep at the Presidential Election Concert on Santuy Ojo Rungkad in Jakarta, Tuesday, October 24.

"We PSI are ready to support Mr. Prabowo Subianto and Mas Gibran Rakabuming Raka as presidential and vice presidential candidates in 2024," he continued.

Kaesang and PSI elite had previously held a meeting with Prabowo on Thursday, October 12. Kaesang admitted that he received a prayer from the Head of Gerindra Prabowo Subianto. Prabowo's prayer for PSI to pass to the DPR, Senayan, in the 2024 election.

"Maybe if the general chairman of Gerindra, his party is number 2 now, if we haven't entered parliament. But earlier he also said no, God willing, you will enter 2024 later," said Kaesang.

During the meeting in Kertanegara, Kaesang wore a t-shirt with a picture of Prabowo Subianto during his visit, Kaesang admitted that he admired the figure of the Minister of Defense. He even often wears the t-shirt on a number of events.

"I've often worn this shirt. When the general chairman was a guest star on my podcast, I also used this, I always wore it. Yesterday I went to honeymoon to Korea with my wife, until I was scolded 'What are you doing using?' Yes, I'm a fan," said Jokowi's son.
