Arriving At RSPAD, Ganjar-Mahfud Undergoes Health Tests Will Candidates For Presidential And Vice Presidential Candidates

JAKARTA - The presidential and vice presidential candidates Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD arrived at the Gatot Subroto Army Central Hospital (RSPAD) to conduct a medical test as one of the requirements for presidential and vice presidential candidates.

Mahfud and Ganjar arrived at around 07.00 WIB, using a different but side-by-side car. Ganjar wore a white collared shirt, while Mahfud wore a long-sleeved batik.

Arriving at the RSPAD, the presidential and vice-presidential candidates will immediately go inside to change clothes used in undergoing medical examinations.

Chairman of the General Election Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia, Hasyim Asy'ari, who accompanied Ganjar and Mahfud at the RSPAD, said that today's health examination process is the same as that of other presidential and vice presidential pairs.

Yesterday, on Saturday, October 21, Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar underwent an examination at the Gatot Subroto Army Hospital for about nine hours.

"As we know as yesterday, the first day of health checks, the duration is more or less the same, the substance to which will be examined is the same, the method that will be used to check is also the same and the team of examining doctors is also the same," said Hasyim at Gatot Subroto Army Hospital, Sunday, October 22.

Previously, Ganjar Pranowo said he had no special preparations ahead of his health check. This process is a continuation of the registration stage for the 2024 presidential election participants.

"There is no special preparation, yes," said Ganjar on the sidelines of spending time on weekends with his family, in the South Jakarta area, Saturday, October 21.

In fact, Ganjar chose to spend time with his family the day before checking his health. Together with his wife, Siti Atiqoh and her child, Alam, this white-haired figure is engrossed in eating the bath.

Ganjar even ate a lot because he was required to fast since tonight as a condition for health checks. "From the RSPAD, you are asked to fast only starting at 20.00 WIB," he said.

"That's why it's now eating a lot," said the former Governor of Central Java.

Ganjar admitted that he had undergone a medical examination at another hospital. He hopes that the health check process at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital will run smoothly.

"God willing, it will run smoothly. Yesterday it was also checked at one hospital, maybe if it continues, it's just another, right," said Ganjar.
