Police Call Abortion Executor In Bekasi Cleaning Clinic, Learned To Be Self-taught And Dare To Open His Own Practice

JAKARTA - The police said that the suspect in the case of illegal abortion in Bekasi did not have the competence. In fact, if he refers to his background, one of the suspects is only a former cleaner at an abortion clinic.

Head of Himas Polda Mertro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said the suspect was IR who played the role of executor or abortionist.

"In 2000, he worked in an abortion clinic for nearly four years. His duties were in the cleaning department," Yusri told reporters, Wednesday, February 10.

However, it was by being in that environment that the IR learned how to have an abortion. Until finally, he ventured to open the practice of illegal abortion.

"However, the person concerned does not have the courage to act on the gestational age of 8 weeks and over. Only 2 months or 8 weeks below," said Yusri.

In fact, before the action was revealed, the suspect had also opened an illegal abortion practice in September last year around Bekasi. At that time, in a month he could have an abortion a dozen times.

"One month the confession was opened there. 15 victims, but 12 were successful in prosecuting abortion. We are still investigating whether the confession is true or not," said Yusri.

Previously it was reported, Polda Metro Jaya revealed the practice of illegal abortion in the Padurenan area, Mustika Jaya, Bekasi. In this case, the mastermind of the crime is a married couple.

In this case, there are three suspects. They are IR and ST who are husband and wife. Then, a patient with the initials RS.

The police in this case suspected the husband and wife with Article 194 in conjunction with Article 75 Law No. 36 concerning Health in conjunction with Article 77 Law No. 35 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 concerning Child Protection, juntco Article 83 in conjunction with Article 64 concerning Health Workers with the threat of 5 years in prison.
