A young woman Dini Sera Afrianti (DSA) was found dead suspected of being abused in Blackhole Surabaya, East Java. Dini, a resident of Sukabumi was persecuted by a man with the initials RT who was suspected of being a child of a DPR member from the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) electoral district.

"We found indications of severe abuse by a man with the initials RT, a son of a member of the DPR Council, from NTT," said DSA attorney, Dimas Yemaharu, Thursday, October 5.

Dimas said that the victim, Dini Sera Afrianti, suffered bruises almost all over her body, such as on her head, feet, hands, and chest. The incident began when the two fought in one of the KTV Blackhole rooms, West Surabaya.

The act of persecution against Dini Sera Afrianti is suspected to have been carried out by the perpetrator in the karaoke room. Dimas said the allegations came from a video recorded by the perpetrator showing the victim lying down.

"By RT's brother, this was videoed laughing at him and he told the security basement of the parking lot that he didn't know why the victim was lying there. Even the victim's arm was stepped on by the car tire. It had a mark on it," he said.

Dimas also regretted that security did not immediately secure the victim, but instead let the victim be put in the trunk of the suspect's car.

The alleged perpetrator then took the victim to the apartment in the West Surabaya area. Arriving in the room, the perpetrator saw the victim getting weaker and lost consciousness.

"The RT was nervous, then went downstairs to meet security officers and apartment managers. Then took the victim to the National Hospital and was later declared dead about 30-40 minutes later," he said.

"Indeed yesterday I received information from investigators in the field that RT admitted that there was an incident of beatings and beatings," added Dimas.

DSA's death was actually reported for the first time to the local police. However, according to Dimas, the police even said that the death of the victim due to stomach disease was not an act of violence.

Disappointed, the lawyer also reported the alleged abuse to the Surabaya Police.

"Currently we are accompanying the victim's mother by the BAP. After this the body will be buried in Sukabumi," he said.
