Bogor Satpol PP Unloading Illegal Buildings On Government-Owned Land

The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Bogor Regency, West Java, dismantled an illegal kiosk building that stands on land owned by the Bogor Regency Government.

Head of Bogor Regency Satpol PP Cecep Imam Nagarasid in Bogor, explained that the controlled building is located on Jalan Tegar Beliman, Cibinong, Bogor, not far from the Regional Government office complex.

"Activities are running smoothly, safely and under control. According to the Satpol PP's work plan," said Cecep as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, October 2.

He said that the demolition of the building, which was known to belong to Azir Syam, was carried out using heavy equipment. All walls and roofs on the permanent building are razed to the ground.

"Starting coordination with other regional apparatus and the Bogor Regency Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda) and carrying out apples before heading to the control location," he explained.

Cecep explained that the control of unlicensed buildings was based on three rules. First, Bogor Regent Regulation Number 22 of 2023 concerning Amendments to Bogor Regent Regulation Number 81 of 2021 concerning Procedures for Enforcement of Violations of Regional Regulations and/or Regent Regulations.

The second runway is a letter from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Bogor Regency Number 590/2538-Bid Assets dated September 20, 2022 regarding Applications for Control of Buildings on Land Owned by the Bogor Regency Government.

Third, a letter from the Bogor Regency Housing and Land Office (DPKPP) number 600.1.5.2/8611.PB.DPKPP, in December 2022 regarding the Delegation of Reprimand Letters.
