Six-vehicle Collision On The Semarang-Solo Toll Road, Police: No Casualties

Six motorized vehicles were recorded to be involved in a series of accidents at KM 422 on the Semarang-Solo Toll Road, in the Semarang City area, Central Java, Saturday.

Semarang Police Traffic Head AKBP Yunaldi said there were no casualties in the incident that occurred at around 11.00 WIB.

The vehicles involved in the accident consisted of Honda Freed, Honda CRV, Toyota Hiace, Mazda, a bus and a truck.

"The six vehicles are running from Ungaran to Semarang City," he said.

Officers who received the report immediately went to the scene to evacuate

"There were no casualties. In a short time the officers had evacuated," he said, as reported by ANTARA, Saturday, September 30.

The flow of vehicle traffic from Solo to Semarang, he continued, had returned smoothly after the sixth evacuation.

He added that officers were still investigating the cause of the successive accidents.

Yunaldi reminded the public to always be careful in traffic and always control the speed of vehicles so that accidents do not occur
