The gang of robbers again raided an Indomaret in the Citra Raya area, Panongan District, Tangerang Regency. The perpetrators managed to seize Rp 11 million in cash, cigarettes, motorbikes and other goods. ramp

Tangerang Police Chief Kombes Sigit Dany Setiyono said the robbery took place when Indomaret employees were about to close the shop. Then suddenly 4 unknown perpetrators arrived at the scene. The perpetrators who came immediately pointed a gun at the employees.

"Initially, one suspected perpetrator entered the ATM machine in the minimarket. Then followed by 3 people, two of whom immediately pointed a gun resembling a firearm to an employee," said Kombes Sigit in an official statement received by VOI, Thursday, September 28.

After the perpetrators managed to arrest the employee, the perpetrator then took money, cigarettes and other valuables.

"The perpetrators stole money from the safe, cashier and personal money belonging to the employee. Not only that, the perpetrators also took some items at the minimarket, such as cigarettes and motorbikes belonging to one of the employees," he said.

After getting the target item, the perpetrators fled. Meanwhile, the Panongan Police immediately went to the crime scene (TKP) and asked for information from witnesses.

"We have collected information from witnesses, CCTV footage. Currently, the perpetrators are still being chased," he said.

The perpetrators are threatened with Article 365 of the Criminal Code concerning theft with violence. The perpetrators face 9 years in prison.
