Optimizing State Assets, LMAN Successfully Collects IDR 3.6 Trillion PNBP Along 2020

JAKARTA - The State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) claims to have succeeded in optimizing state assets and funding for infrastructure land by recording Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) of IDR 3.6 trillion along 2020.

President Director of LMAN Basuki Purwadi said that he did everything possible so that the performance carried out could produce benefits.

"We are optimizing economic and social benefits, particularly to support economic recovery", he said Friday, February 5.

Basuki added, LMAN has prepared a number of work plans for the 2021 period, such as the target of developing a mega asset project under the management of the Ciperna area, the Lhokseumawe refinery assets, the Badak LNG area in Bontang, and a property asset project located in the Wahid Hasyim area, Central Jakarta.

"LMAN is also committed to being an agency that drives the optimization of state assets through asset consulting services and the development of cooperation in optimizing state assets with an arranger scheme", he said.

This service, continued Basuki, is intended for ministries/agencies and local governments that require consulting on the use of assets so that assets under management in these agencies can be more optimal and useful.

On this occasion, he also explained the readiness of LMAN which has provided land acquisition funds for 2021 needs amounting to IDR 11.1 trillion with the target of the toll road, dam, and irrigation infrastructure.

According to Basuki, optimizing state assets and accelerating land funding to support infrastructure are needed, especially in order to support economic recovery.

"Integrity for LMAN is the foundation for achieving better performance, and we need the support and collaboration of all stakeholders so that we can continue to provide benefits to the community", he concluded.
