Couples In Tebet Become Stabbing Victims, Husband Dies

The police are hunting for the perpetrators of the murder of a husband and wife with the initialsMY (61) and H (43) in RT10/RW10, Kebon Baru, Tebet, South Jakarta.

"So far, we are confirming the perpetrators," said Tebet Police Chief Kompol Jamalinus Nababan, quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, August 26.

Jamalinus said that at that time residents heard the sound of a woman crying from a house.

Then also seen someone coming out of the victim's house holding a sharp weapon suspected of being a knife.

"When the house was examined, a woman was found covered in blood, and a man was face down and covered in blood," he explained.

The injured female victim has been taken to the hospital for further treatment. However, the husband was declared dead.

The police who received the information immediately went to the crime scene (TKP) and asked local residents for information.

Until now, the police have not been able to confirm the modus operandi of the perpetrators because they are still investigating the information at the location.

"The alleged perpetrator is a neighbor, possibly knowing each other even though maybe just a glimpse," he said.
