The arrest began with a report by a tourist from Russia named Emil Baibulatov (29), on Sunday (10/01) that he had experienced a motorbike theft case at a villa located at Jalan Lebak Sari Petitenget, Kerobokan Kelod Village, North Kuta District, Badung Regency.
