The Processing Of Gisel's Crime Scene With MYD Depends On The Prosecutor's Office

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya will process the crime scene (TKP) for the video of the nasty video of Gisella Anastasia and alias Gisel and Michael Yukinobu de Fretes (MYD) if it is needed later.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said that TKP processing would be carried out if the case file was declared incomplete by the investigating prosecutor.

"Today's plan is stage one, to the prosecutors because we are just waiting from the prosecutor to see if it is considered complete or if P19 (if returned) we will complete everything, including the processing of the scene," Yusri told reporters, Tuesday, February 2.

If later the file is declared complete, then TKP processing will not be carried out. Meanwhile, if the opposite is true, investigators will go directly to the hotel where the nasty video was made.

"If it is necessary, we will check the TKP in Medan, North Sumatra, so we just wait because we have submitted the case files or stage one," he said.

Previously, the police planned to organize a crime scene (TKP) for a nasty video case involving Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel and Michael Yukinobu de Fretes (MYD). The plan is for the TKP to be carried out next week.

"Hopefully next week, if it goes well, we will carry out the TKP and examine some of the expert witnesses," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Tuesday, January 26.

In the crime scene processing, investigators will fly to a hotel in Medan, North Sumatra. All events recorded on the video will be reproduced. So that later you get a series of beginning to end in the case.

But in the meantime, said Yusri, investigators are still completing the investigation files. The completion was carried out by examining two people with the initials PP and NN who were the suspects for distributing the video to social media.

"We, from the investigators, are still completing the existing case files. Two witnesses yesterday who were massive suspects in spreading it were examined as witnesses in the case of sister GA and saudraa MYD," said Yusri.
