There Are Renovations, 11 Transjakarta Bus Stops Are Temporarily Closed

JAKARTA - PT Transportation Jakarta has temporarily closed 11 Transjakarta bus stops in 5 main corridors due to renovations.

Operations Director of PT Transjakarta Prasetia Budi said that the renovation works will be carried out from February to March 2021. These repairs will be carried out on the floors of bus stops.

"Repairing this bus stop is by replacing the floor material for the bus stop, which was previously made from iron bordes, into fiber cement," Prasetia said in his statement, Tuesday, February 2.

Prasetia said that the renovation of 11 bus stops will be carried out in stages. He asked customers who used to use the bus stop that was being renovated to use the alternative bus stop nearby for mobility.

For example, customers who usually use the Sumur Bor and Jembatan Baru stops, West Jakarta, can use the Pesakih, Dispenda and Rawa Buaya bus stops as the closest stops.

However, specifically for the Kalideres bus stop, customers can still access this stop where the raising process can still be done at the arrival gate.

"Transjakarta apologizes for this inconvenience. In the future, we will continue to strive to provide maximum safe and comfortable service to all customers", said Prasetia.

The 11 bus stops that will be renovated are as follows:

1. Kalideres Stop (Corridor 3)

2. Drilling Well Stop (Corridor 3)

3. New Bridge Stop (Corridor 3)

4. Istiqlal Bus Stop (Corridor 2)

5. Ministry of Foreign Affairs Stop (Corridor 2)

6. Gambir 1 Stop (Corridor 2)

7. Gambir 2 Bus Stop (Corridor 2)

8. Ragunan Stop (Corridor 6)

9. Pinang Ranti Stop (Corridor 9)

10. Pulogadung Bus Stop (Corridor 4)

11. RSPAD Stop (Corridor 2)
