A traffic accident involving two motorcyclists occurred on Jalan Raya Tajur, East Bogor, Bogor City, West Java, last Sunday at around 07.30 WIB. Bogor City Police Traffic Unit handled a traffic accident that killed the Suzuki motorcycle rider numbered B-4606-TXO with the initials DFM from Ponorogo Regency, East Java, which hit a high-speed F-5523-EJ motorcycle rider in Bogor City. Galih conveyed that based on the testimony of several witnesses and the results of the temporary crime scene, it was suspected that the motorcycle vehicle driven by DPM came from Sukasari direction towards Ciawi via Jalan Raya Tajur. It is suspected that DFM while driving was not careful and drove at high speed and did not maintain a safe distance so that it hit the back of the Honda Vario motorcycle vehicle with police number F-5523-EJ. As a result, the Honda Vario motorcyclist with police number F-5523-EJ suffered injuries and then received treatment at Ciawi Hospital, while DFM died on the spot. According to Galih, the Bogor City Police Traffic Unit immediately went to the scene to evacuate the victim and move the colliding vehicle. "We have already handled it, the victims have been taken to the hospital and traffic is back smoothly," he said.

He appealed to the public to pay attention to the safety of traffic on the highway while driving by ensuring the condition of the engine and the completeness of the motor and the health of the motorcyclist.
