List Of Civil Positions Filled With TNI Officers, Starting From SOEs To The Ministry Of Environment

YOGYAKARTA The public highlighted the list of civil positions filled by TNI officers after the project bribery case emerged at Basarnas. The reason is, there are two opinions related to the legal processing of the Head of Basarnas which is filled by active TNI soldiers Marsdya TNI Henri Alfiandi (HA).

As a soldier, the TNI expressed its position that Henri Alfiandi would be processed according to military law. On the other hand, even as a TNI, Henri Alfiandi occupies civilian office, therefore must comply with civilian rules.

Apart from the bribery case that ensnared Marsdya TNI Henri Alfiandi, currently there is a civil office filled by TNI officers, which is as follows.

1. Marshal Madya Andi Pahril Pawi (TNI AU) became Commissioner of PT Bukit Asam (Persero)

Quoted from the PTBA website, Purnawirawan Andi Pahril Pawi is listed as the Independent Commissioner of PTBA. He himself is a two-star general in the Indonesian Air Force unit. Previously, he served as Head of the Security Bureau, Presidential Military Secretariat. PTBA's own reshuffle was carried out in 2020 and was carried out by SOE Minister Erick Thohir.

2. Vice Marshal Donny Ernawan Taufanto is the President Commissioner of PT Dahana

3. Lieutenant General Herindra (TNI AD) became the President Commissioner of PT LEN Industri

Lieutenant General Herindra serves as Commissioner of PT Len Industri, a state-owned company in the field of electronics and infrastructure. He was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia as of December 2020.

4. Colonel (Pas) Roy Rassy Fay M. Bait (TNI AU): Head of General Section and Law for Human Resource Development of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources

Colonel (Pas) Roy Rassy Fay M. Bait is a middle officer who was appointed as Head of the General and Legal Section of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Ignasius Jonan in 2019.

5. Rear Admiral Adin Nurwaluddin (TNI AL) becomes Director General of Marine and Fishery Resources Supervision (PSDKP)

Rear Admiral TNI Adin Nurawaluddin serves as Director General of Marine and Fishery Resources Supervision (PSDKP). The inauguration was carried out in 2021 by the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Sakti Wahyu Trenggono.
