JAKARTA - Chairman of the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Executive Board Kiai Said Aqil Siradj is grateful that one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia has turned 95 years old. He hopes that NU will be able to contribute and serve the nation and state.

"Hopefully, we all solidly unite our views in order to guard, practice and maintain the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia," said Said Aqil Siradj, during the 95th NU Harlah Commemoration Activity, Sunday, January 31.

With the basic articles of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution (UUD), it is certain that NU can participate in maintaining the integrity of Bhineka Tunggal Ika. This is to lead to a just, prosperous and prosperous society.

"May Allah always provide physical and mental strength to NU," he said.

On this occasion, Saiq Aqil also thanked Megawati Soekarno Putri and the entire ranks of the PDI-P party, Chairman of the Indonesian Democratic Party (PDI) of Struggle (PDI). He also appreciated all members of the People's Representative Council (DPR) and the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) who had congratulated NU.
