Ministry Of Religion Ensures Health Of Hajj Pilgrims Arrives In Indonesia Monitored For 14 Days

MATARAM - The Mataram City Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Office ensured that the health condition of the pilgrims after returning from the Holy Land would still be monitored for 14 days.

"For the next 14 days, the health condition of the Hajj pilgrims is still the responsibility of the health workers from the Mataram City Health Office (Dinkes)," said Head of the Section (Kasi) of Hajj and Umrah Organizers (PHU) of the Mataram City Ministry of Religion H Kasmi in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Monday, July 24.

Related to that, Kasmi hopes that the Hajj pilgrims from Mataram City who have returned home are expected to immediately conduct an examination when they experience health problems.

This is an anticipatory measure to avoid things that are not desirable, because in the Holy Land the congregation interacts with the congregation from all over the world.

"If 14 days have passed, the congregation does not experience health problems, it is considered safe," he said.

Kasmi said as many as 392 Hajj people including officers from Mataram City were members of the 4 Lombok Embarkation Group or the entire group of Mataram City had arrived at their respective homes.

The full batch of worshipers from Mataram City arrived at Lombok International Airport on Sunday, July 23 at around 03.30 WITA, and went straight to the Lombok Embarkation Hajj Dormitory on the South Ring Road.

However, of the 392 Hajjes that arrived, two people did not come to the Hajj dormitory because they went straight to the NTB Hospital because one congregation was sick and had to be treated immediately.

"The sick wife is in the name of Spiritualah from Petemon Pagutan, but her husband accompanied her to the NTB Hospital so she could not participate in the release process in the Hajj dormitory," he said.

Meanwhile, other pilgrims, added Kasmi, have been in good health so far and have gathered with their respective families.
