The Sumbawa District Attorney's Office (Kejari) investigators detained the former Director of the Sumbawa Regional General Hospital (RSUD) with the initials DHB as a suspect in the alleged corruption case in the management of funds from the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) for the 2022 fiscal year.
Head of the Intelligence Section of the Sumbawa District Attorney's Office, Putu Juliartana, confirmed the detention of the DHB suspect.

Agung explained that the detention was a follow-up to the results of the case title which concluded that DHB was indicated to have accepted bribes and gratuities in the management of BLUD funds.
"So we already have confidence with the available evidence so we dare to determine the person concerned as a suspect," he said.
Agung emphasized that the determination of the suspect had gone through a series of investigations that found at least two pieces of evidence. One of them is related to state losses resulting from an independent count with a value of Rp. 1 billion.
