SURABAYA - Deputy Governor of East Java (Jatim) Emil Elestianto Dardak shared his experience after undergoing the second COVID-19 vaccination. The number two person in the East Java Provincial Government, admitted that he experienced the effects after being vaccinated against the second.

"The current vaccinations are sore first. But nothing really significant," said Emil, after the second vaccination at the East Java governor's office, on Jalan Pahlawan Surabaya, Thursday, January 28.

Emil admitted that his blood pressure during the second COVID-19 vaccination did not increase as during the first vaccination. Because, he said, the second vaccination was much more relaxed than the first.

"Alhamdulillah, the current one is more relaxed, so that the tension is lower than the first vaccination. Actually, nothing is different," he said.

Regarding the implementation of vaccination for Health Human Resources (HR), Emil continued, the East Java Provincial Government confirmed that it had started running in the Regency / City. Not only that, his party has also prepared 7,254 vaccinators to make the vaccination program successful from January to April 2021.

"They are all trained and divided into 73 batches," said the former Regent of Trenggalek.

Meanwhile, the Chairperson of the East Java COVID-19 Handling Task Force Curative Cluster, Joni Wahyuhadi, said that this vaccination is a form of effort against Covid-19. Vaccination as a method of reducing the spread of Covid-19 apart from declaring 3M.

"Hopefully with the implementation of this vaccine injection, we can control COVID-19," said the man who is also the Managing Director of RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya.

There are 21 people who underwent the second stage of the vaccine in COVID-19.
